Saint Arnold Janssen - Miracle of Sheryl Ann Quito
The Episcopal Secretary of the Congregation
for canonization related this testimonial.
"Sheryl has been an epileptic for 13 years. It was in Meralco Theater where
she heard of Blessed Arnold from Pamela Avellanosa, herself a recipient of a
miraculous cure from Blessed Arnold last April 13, Palm Sunday. I remember that
there was a commotion because somebody collapsed at the back during my Mass,
and I asked all the people, a thousand or so to stretch forth their hands over
her in prayer. Sheryl Ann told me that soon after that the whole family started
praying the Novena for the Sick to Blessed
Arnold going to the Pink Sisters at Hemady St. every day. Now, her EEG is
normal. She knows a miracle had happened. She wants to let the world know that
miracles can and still happen ."
Arnold Janssen's family: The second of eleven children. His parents were Gerhard
and Anna Katharina Janssen.
